Just a quick note that the revised edition of The World’s Cheapest Destinations is in the Ingram system (where bookstores can order) and is posted on Amazon, B&N, etc.
It’s faster to order direct and you cut out the middleman, but with the others you can get free shipping if you buy something else at the same time.
